Full Mouth Reconstruction: Case 12
Description
This lovely lady had some old crowns that were causing chronic tenderness and bleeding around her front teeth. She was not happy with that or how her teeth looked in general, especially the lower front teeth. We talked in lengthen over a few years on what was possible for her teeth. She decided that it was the right time for her to get her oral health in order. She elected to do orthodontics (braces) on just her lower arch. We then removed her upper crowns. She then had a crown lengthening procedure to increase the length of the upper front teeth. After waiting the appropriate time for healing we then placed veneers and crowns on all of her teeth. She does have two implants as well. Her breaking her front tooth and needing an implant is what helped her move forward with her treatment and have everything done the most ideal way for her and her needs. As you can see from the photos, her face is glowing and she is not protecting her smile, it is full and relaxed! Not protected and guarded. Another benefit is that she is not snoring anymore. This is due to opening up her vertical dimension and giving her tongue and airway more room!
